Who we are
Chimney4u LLC sweeps, inspects and repairs chimneys and services gas fireplaces for homeowners from Arlington to Olympia, and east to Snoqualmie. The business is based in Renton, WA and is a registered Washington contractor (#CHIMNL*744MZ). Every job happens at your home — there is no showroom and there are no branch offices.
That covers 86 cities and communities along the I-5 corridor, the Eastside, the Snoqualmie Valley and the South Sound. The service area list has a page for each, with who handles permits there and what is different about chimneys locally.
How we work
Most chimney problems are out of sight — on the roof, inside the flue, behind the brick — which makes it hard to judge what you are being told. So the work is built around showing you: photographs of what we found, a plain explanation of what matters and what does not, and a written scope and price you can read before anything starts.
Repairs are chosen for the climate here. Most of the year’s rain falls between October and March, and the valley and foothill towns see far more freezing nights than the lowlands around Sea-Tac — so the order of work usually starts with whatever is letting water in.

How a job runs
Send a request
Use the short form or call. Tell us what you have noticed — a leak, loose brick, a smell, a fireplace you have not used in years. We reply to arrange a visit.
We inspect and explain
We look at the chimney, photograph what we find, and explain it plainly: what is urgent, what can wait, and what does not need doing.
You get a written scope and price
Repair work is written up — what we found, what we recommend and what it costs — so you can compare, ask questions or take time to decide.
Approved work only
Nothing starts until you approve the written scope. If something new turns up once work begins, we stop and talk to you before going further.
Finished and documented
We photograph the finished work from the same angles as before, and the photos are yours to keep.
