• A written scope and price before work begins. We inspect first, then send what we found and what it costs. Nothing starts until you approve it.
• Photographs before and after. We document what the chimney looked like when we arrived and what it looked like when we left, from the same angles where that is possible.
• Plain explanations, no pressure. We tell you what is urgent, what can wait, and what does not need doing at all.
• Repairs chosen for a wet climate. Materials and methods are selected for Puget Sound rainfall and freeze-thaw exposure rather than a generic national spec.
